  • Choose home and land package from our lot plan We will help you decide on the right location, lot size and style for your dream home that suits your needs and budget. Each house plan is carefully thought out with each designed to make the most of that specific lots aspect to ensure the perfect home.
  • Secure a lot with a small holding deposit Once you are happy with the proposed plans, specifications and Lot you will be issued with a conditional contract which will need to be approved and returned to us within 5 working days together with a 10% deposit paid into the Vendors Solicitors trust account.
  • Secure finance and settlement To avoid any disappointing delays, make sure that funds are available from a financial institution before the settlement date. We can offer funding solutions through our extensive range of banks and mortgage brokers, and can fund up to 95% in some cases.
  • It’s time to move into your dream home The balance of the purchase price and settlement date will be 5 working days after the Code Compliance Certificate has been issued or earlier by mutual agreement.
